DUTIES
– Attainment of weekly sales targets, cold calls out quota, web demonstrations quota
– Daily cold calls, follow up calls, new lead calls, survey calls, demo request calls
– Demonstrations of the Industrial Software (via web or on-site)
– Grow and manage existing customer accounts
– Close and manage incoming sales inquiries
– Creation of accurate sales proposals and quotations

REQUIREMENTS (preferred)
– 2+ years of Experience in a Fast-Paced Sales Environment
– Involved in the biotech industry to help ID key tech companies to work with us.
– Motivated Self-Starter with Proven Performance in Exceeding Aggressive Sales Targets
– Knowledge of Standard Sales Techniques
– Experience with Lead Generation
– Outstanding Communication and Interpersonal Skills
– Commitment to Delivering High-Quality Customer Service

We are seeking an office receptionist. This position requires professional poise, exceptional attention to detail, a can-do/will-do attitude, and outrageous enthusiasm. RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
The office receptionist specific responsibilities/duties include:
– General office organization
– Maintain a meticulous work and office environment
– Answer and route incoming calls (light calls)
– Greet office visitors and clients
– Assist with operations as required
– Order and receive weekly deliveries of food and office supplies
– Prepare letters, memoranda, and other documents
– Photocopy, scan and file documents
– Data input
– Prepare packages and mailings
– Perform other pertinent duties as assigned to support daily office and corporate needs
