Biography

Mr. Madriaga has served as the Chief Operating Officer for Paragon Systems and Innovative Computer Applications. With over 30 years of management, operations and financial experience, Mr. Madriaga is instrumental in developing management objectives, and implementing operation & financial systems that will ensure our company’s success.   Mr. Madriaga’s nonprofit experience was when he was the former Director of Operations for Behavior Analysts, Inc. from January 2005 to March 2008. BAI was Dr. Partington’s company that developed the early assessment tool, ABLLS for children with autism. While in this position, Mr. Madriaga has met and worked with leaders within the autism community, nationally and internationally.   Mr. Madriaga has been a California CPA since 1978 and has served years of service with various community and professional service groups as the Jaycees, Chamber of Commerce, NAA and IMA.
