About Mr. Madriaga

Mr. Madriaga brings over 30 years of expertise in management, operations, and finance to his leadership roles, having served as Chief Operating Officer for both Paragon Systems and Innovative Computer Applications. His wealth of experience has been instrumental in developing strategic management objectives and implementing operational and financial systems that drive organizational success.

In addition to his corporate achievements, Mr. Madriaga has a strong background in the nonprofit sector. From 2005 to 2008, he served as the Director of Operations for Behavior Analysts, Inc. (BAI), the company founded by Dr. Partington, which developed the widely respected ABLLS assessment tool for children with autism. During this time, Mr. Madriaga worked closely with leaders in the autism community on a national and international level, demonstrating his ability to navigate diverse organizational landscapes.

A California Certified Public Accountant since 1978, Mr. Madriaga has also contributed to various community and professional organizations, including the Jaycees, Chamber of Commerce, National Autism Association (NAA), and the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA). His dedication to both professional excellence and community service underscores his commitment to making a meaningful impact.
